Satsuma Dojo Members,

On Saturday, November 18, we will be fortunate to have Hanshi Jonathan Kwok teaching our Saturday 8:45am Advanced and 10:15am General classes at the Columbia Neighborhood Center gym.

Hanshi Kwok is Chief Instructor of Shotokan Karate-do International—U.S. Federation, and he is coming from the Seattle, WA area just for Satsuma Dojo. He has been associated with SKIF’s founder, Soke Hirokazu Kanazawa, for over 50 years—more than anyone else in the continental United States. That’s to say that he is more knowledgeable about the SKIF curriculum that virtually any other instructor in the US and the world.

Despite it being a special session, the November 18 classes are free to dojo members, and I hope you’re able to take advantage and join us for the special training opportunity!
